1Scope

These terms apply to the use of Baumatching by clients and businesses. Baumatching arranges contacts; contracts for building work are made directly between clients and businesses.

2For clients

Use is free and without obligation. By confirming your email address you release the request to at most three verified businesses. You can withdraw a request at any time.

3For businesses: verification

We only activate businesses after checking the documents their services require. Details must be true and current; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4For businesses: plans

Plans run for 12 months and renew unless cancelled 30 days before they end. Founding Partners registered and verified by the end of the Founding window pay neither plan nor unlock fees in their first year, and 20 % less after that for as long as the badge is on their website.

5For businesses: requests

Each request is sold to at most three businesses. The price is fixed before buying and shown on the monthly invoice. After buying you get the contact details and agree to contact the client promptly.

6Refunds

Within 15 days of buying you can request a refund, for example when the client can’t be reached from day 7 after at least four attempts over two channels, or the request is not serious, a duplicate or in the wrong category. Approved refunds are credited on the next invoice.

7Payment

Invoices are issued at the end of each month and payable within 14 days. All prices are net plus statutory VAT.

8Liability

Baumatching is not liable for carrying out the arranged work. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health.

9Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies; mandatory rules of an EU consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction and details will be added before launch.
